Features

• Dynashock ("BAKUSEN") system. The Dynashock approach uses three different frequencies in order to obtain the beneficial effects that these varieties of frequencies offers. in the Dynashock process, ultrasonic oscillation is rapidly switched between three different frequencies, i.e. 28, 45 and 100kHz. At the same time, the standing waves are moved, thereby shifting the positions of the ultrasonic energy, allowing for a more uniform cleaning effect. This powerful cleaning effect is achieved with minimal damage to the objects to be cleaned and less erosion to the cleaning apparatus.

• The ultrasonic waves generated in the Dynashock operation take the form of burst waves due to the high-speed switching frequencies. This results in vibrations with numerous harmonics that reach and clean every corner of complicated configurations and dead-end areas.

• Bubble bursting (cavitation) and buble dispersing effects. Buble bursting and dispersing effects (known as cavitation) mitigate the damping of ultrasonic waves and maintain the cleaning effect at positions near the surface of the cleaning fluid.

• Pumping effect. Varieties of sonic pressure with the cleaning fluid create a pumping effect wherby fluid is moved by pressure differentials through porous objects improving cleaning efficiency for objects with unpredictable surface areas.

The WD-series of cleaners are MODULAR TYPE cleaners. First, select the appropriate generator to meet your application needs based on power and frequency of operation. Then select the other necessary modules for your needs, i.e., tank, tank and heater, only vibration plate transducer or immersible transducer.
