Features

• Ultrasonic cutter using 40,000 ultrasonic vibrations per second with non-audible sound to assist in reducing the friction during the cutting process.
• Most improved version of Honda Electronics model USW-333. The new USW-334 includes the following improvement:
  • Use of titanium for the horn oscillator.
  • Improvement in the screw blade clamp
  • Change of the blade design to a generic product to provide low cost on blade replacements.
  • Increase on the speed vibration (about 20% higher than USW-333).

Applications

Ultrasonic cutting of plastic, rubber, foam, cutting patterns, cutting boards, etc. Used for modelling, radio control, doll making, model sailboat, hobby and craft making.

Examples of cutting with thick plastic cutting board (estimate):

• ABS: less than 3mm
• PET: less than 3mm
• PP: 3mm acrylic

VT-100J Converter for USA operation - Recommended for USA outlet

The USW-334 ultrasonic cutter is rated at 100VAC, which is the Japanese outlet voltage. The unit can operate at 100VAC +/-10%. For operation in the USA , i.e. 110 to 120VAC, we recommend to using the VT-100J converter.
