  • Based on the proven technology and performance of the USW334 Honda has developed the USW334ek specifically for engraving and etching applications. The USW334ek uses the same oscillation frequency of about 40,000 vibrations per second. The difference is the introduction of “Burst Oscillation”. This provides a ramp up of the vibration as opposed to the instant on with the USW334. This ramp up helps reduce the incidence of burning and melting of some materials and greatly reduces the possibility of blade slippage during engraving and shaping operations. The USW334ek handles the occasional cutting job as well.
  • NOTE: The USW334ek is designed for engraving and etching with the occasional cutting operation. If a cutter is the primary tool needed the USW334 is the better option.
  • The unit ships with a triangular blade, a semi-circular blade, a flat blade, and a standard cutting blade (for occasional cuts).

VT-100J Converter for USA operation - Recommended for USA outlet

The USW-334 ultrasonic cutter is rated at 100VAC, which is the Japanese outlet voltage. The unit operates at 100VAC +/-10%. For operation in the USA , i.e. 110 to 120VAC, we recommend to using the VT-100J converter.
